If a patient requires an MRI, the Open MRI equipment at the clinic allows for patients to be more relaxed and less likely to feel the panic of confinement during the sometimes lengthy procedure. High Field MRI is also available and provides scans just the same as the closed MRIs. Digital X-ray imaging allows for reliable and rapid access to the information so that the diagnosis and treatment process can begin. These digital x-rays can even be e-mailed or scanned to a CD-Rom for your convenience. The imaging staff at Alabama Orthopaedic Clinic makes sure the patients are cared for with the utmost level of comfort, and the radiologist is in house which means the images are available to the physicians in a prompt and accurate fashion.
